I started my Golden Thread Journey at a time of high stress and anxiety in my life and my sessions with Uma Mayi brought much needed calmness and perspective into my world. She had an innate ability to pinpoint, articulate and reflect back to me some of the difficult feelings I had been grappling with over many months. I found her questions to be insightful, helpful and unobtrusive, even though we were discussing uncomfortable emotions. I felt a sense of being guided to find a way back to myself.
